  • Cash, check, wire transfer or trade options available.
  • Appointments in Miami Brickell, Aventura and Los Angeles.
  • In-house authentication review before any offer is finalized.

How selling your Rolex works

  1. Send photos and details. Use the form below or WhatsApp: reference, year, what is included (box, papers, receipts), and clear photos of the dial, case back, bracelet and clasp.
  2. Preliminary estimate. Our buying team reviews the watch against current dealer-market evidence and replies with a range, usually the same business day.
  3. Inspection and authentication. By appointment in Brickell, Aventura, Los Angeles or New York, or by insured shipping. We verify the movement, serial and rehaut engravings, dial, bezel, bracelet and documents.
  4. Payment. Bank wire, check, cash at our Miami offices, or trade credit toward another watch, released once authentication is complete.

What determines your offer

  • Reference and configuration. Steel sports models (Submariner, GMT-Master II, Daytona) and discontinued colorways hold value best; dial, bezel and bracelet options matter within a reference.
  • Condition. Original, unpolished cases, crisp bezel inserts and clean dials earn more. Wear is priced in, not disqualifying.
  • Year and warranty card. A dated warranty card in your name and a recent production year raise the offer.
  • Box and papers. A full set adds a premium; a watch on its own is still very sellable.
  • Service history. A documented recent service by Rolex or a qualified watchmaker helps.
  • Market timing. Dealer demand for a reference changes month to month; we price against what dealers are paying today, not last year.

What to bring to the appointment

  • The watch, with all links and the clasp as worn.
  • The warranty card or papers, box, receipts and service records if you have them.
  • A government-issued photo ID (required by law for pre-owned purchase records).

Selling FAQ

How fast can I sell my Rolex?

A preliminary estimate usually comes back the same business day once we have photos, the reference and the set details. The final offer is confirmed at the inspection, by appointment at one of our offices or after insured shipping, and payment follows as soon as authentication is complete.

How do you pay for a Rolex?

Bank wire, check, cash at our Miami offices, or trade credit toward another watch. You choose at the appointment.

Do I need the box and papers to sell?

No. We buy watches without box or papers. A full set with the warranty card, box and receipts does raise the offer, and a recent service record helps too.

Why is a dealer offer lower than the prices I see on Chrono24?

Listings are asking prices, not completed sales, and a private sale carries fees, time, negotiation and fraud risk. A dealer offer is immediate, guaranteed and net of all of that. Our guide on dealer offers versus Chrono24 asking prices explains the gap in detail.

Can I sell a Rolex that needs service or has damage?

Yes. Condition is reflected in the offer, but scratches, a worn bezel insert or an overdue service do not stop a sale. Tell us what you know and send clear photos of any wear.

Will you trade my Rolex toward another watch?

Yes. Trade-ins are valued the same way as an outright purchase, and the credit applies to any watch in our inventory or one we source for you.
