- Pre-Owned Watches: Returns are only accepted for functional issues or defects. Non-defective returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, documents, and accessories included.
- All watches sold are guaranteed authentic and undergo a thorough inspection before being offered for sale.

- All pre-owned watches come with a one-year warranty covering mechanical issues.
