Our return policy is structured around the independent authentication process that backs every sale. Please review the conditions below before requesting a return.
Conditions
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Any approved return must go through our independent authentication center.
- The watch must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- All boxes, papers and accessories must be included if originally provided.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply unless the authentication center confirms a mechanical defect or authenticity issue.
How to request a return
Contact our team within the timeframe stated in your sale confirmation. We'll coordinate insured return shipping, route the watch to our authentication center for inspection, and complete the refund once the inspection result is approved.
