Thank you for choosing us for your luxury watch purchase. Watches are sourced from our company inventory or from vetted dealers in our network. For every order we confirm live availability, exact condition, and current photos and, when available, video before any funds are requested. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, please review our Order & Payment Policy below.
1. Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person at our store location.
- All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, items may sell out before your order is processed.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Bank Wire Transfer: our primary payment method for all orders. Payment must be cleared before your order is shipped or released.
- Cash: available only for pickup at our Miami locations.
- Please note: We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.
Protected purchase through Escrow.com
For a shipped watch you can choose a protected purchase instead of paying us directly. Your payment is held by Escrow.com, an independent escrow service, and reaches us only after you accept the watch. Once availability is confirmed, Escrow.com emails you to accept the terms and pay by wire. The protection fee is 5% of the price, minimum $500. It covers the Escrow.com fee, insured shipping through our authenticator and a full authentication report you keep, delivered before the watch ships. You then have 3 days from delivery to inspect the watch. Ask for a protected purchase when you request the watch.
3. Payment Process
- We first confirm live availability, exact condition, and current photos and, when available, video of your watch. Only after that do you receive an invoice and secure bank wire instructions from our verified account details.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery or pickup.
- Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
- Every watch is checked by our in-house authenticator: watches we own before we buy them, dealer-sourced watches on arrival, before delivery or release.
- Every watch leaves us with a numbered security seal fitted to it, and before it goes we photograph and film it with that seal in place: serial and reference engravings, dial, bracelet and clasp codes, and its exact condition that day, dated. The key images go to you with your shipping confirmation. The seal does not stop you trying the watch on, and it is what makes a change of mind return possible, so leave it fitted while you decide.
- A full authentication report, with the case opened, the movement verified and everything documented for you to keep, is available on request. It is included in the price we quote when a watch is sourced through our dealer network, because that watch passes our authenticator on its way to you.
4. Pricing Policy
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes. Any tax shown before checkout is an estimate; the final amount, if any, is calculated from your complete delivery or pickup details before the invoice.
5. Security and Fraud Prevention
- To ensure the safety of all transactions, we may request additional verification for certain purchases, such as photo ID or proof of ownership for trade-ins.
- Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities.
