We are an independent pre-owned Rolex marketplace and are not affiliated with Rolex S.A. The steps below outline how a typical request, authentication, and delivery flows from your first message to the watch on your wrist.
Send us the model you are looking for through WhatsApp, the contact form, or a direct call. Share the reference number if you know it, and any preferences on dial color, bracelet, year, or condition. The more detail you give, the faster we can match a watch from our active inventory or sourcing network.
Once we receive your request, our team checks our own inventory and our vetted dealer network. We confirm live availability and current condition evidence, including current photos and, when available, video, then come back to you with the exact reference, year, condition notes, full set status (box and papers), and the all-in price. If the watch is not immediately available, we let you know an honest timeline rather than promising what we cannot deliver.
Our inventory is owned by us or sourced from vetted dealers. After you confirm the watch and funds have cleared, the exact watch completes an identity and condition intake with our independent watchmakers before delivery or pickup: case, dial, hands, bracelet, movement, and serial details are checked against the reference. If anything looks off at intake, the watch is rejected and never reaches you. Optional independent third-party authentication with a digital record and a customer consultation is available as a paid add-on.
When you decide to move forward, we send written payment instructions with the final price, taxes (where applicable), and the secure methods we accept. Payment details are only sent through verified channels. We never ask for payment through random links, third-party messages, or social DMs that you did not initiate.
After payment is cleared, you can choose insured shipping with full coverage and signature on delivery, or pick the watch up in person at one of our locations in New York, Los Angeles, Miami Brickell, or Aventura. Local pickup is by appointment so you can take your time inspecting the watch before completing the handover.
If you also want to sell or trade in a Rolex, the process mirrors the buying side. Send photos and reference details through our sell form, we share an honest offer based on current pre-owned market conditions, and we coordinate insured shipping or a local appointment. Trade-in credit can be applied directly toward the watch you are buying from us.
