Send us the model you are looking for through WhatsApp, the contact form, or a direct call. Share the reference number if you know it, and any preferences on dial color, bracelet, year, or condition. The more detail you give, the faster we can match a watch from our active inventory or sourcing network.

Once we receive your request, our team checks current stock and trusted sources. We will get back to you with the exact reference, year, condition notes, full set status (box and papers), and the all-in price. If the watch is not immediately available, we let you know an honest timeline rather than promising what we cannot deliver.

Every watch is inspected by our independent watchmakers before it is offered to you. We verify the case, dial, hands, bracelet, movement, and serial details against the reference. We do not list a watch as authentic until that inspection is complete. If anything looks off, the watch is rejected and never reaches the customer.

When you decide to move forward, we send written payment instructions with the final price, taxes (where applicable), and the secure methods we accept. Payment details are only sent through verified channels. We never ask for payment through random links, third-party messages, or social DMs that you did not initiate.

After payment is cleared, you can choose insured shipping with full coverage and signature on delivery, or pick the watch up in person at one of our locations in New York, Los Angeles, Miami Brickell, or Aventura. Local pickup is by appointment so you can take your time inspecting the watch before completing the handover.
