Rolex Watch Repair Service

Service is offered case-by-case rather than as a walk-in counter. Send us a message describing your watch, the reference number, the year if you know it, and what you would like looked at. We will let you know whether your watch is a fit for our independent service workflow before you ship anything or come in.

Once the watch is with our team, an independent watchmaker performs a full inspection: case, bracelet, dial, hands, crystal, gaskets, and movement function. You receive a written estimate covering the recommended work, parts that may need to be sourced, and an honest timeline. Nothing is started before you approve the estimate in writing.

Light polishing, refinishing of brushed and polished surfaces, and bracelet pin or link adjustments are handled in-house where possible. We always discuss whether polishing is the right move for your specific watch, since not every collector watch should be polished. For bracelet stretch, link replacements, or clasp service, we quote separately based on the parts available.

For full movement service, the watch goes to a vetted independent watchmaker who specializes in Rolex calibers. Work can include cleaning, lubrication, gasket replacement, timing regulation, and pressure testing. Genuine parts are sourced where available, and any part that is not genuine is disclosed to you in writing before it is fitted.

If you prefer to drop the watch off in person rather than ship it, you can book an appointment at our New York, Los Angeles, Miami Brickell, or Aventura location. Appointments are confirmed in advance so a member of our team can review the watch with you, log it in, and send it to the right specialist.
