Yacht-Master prices move with reference, condition, set and year, so check the live inventory above for today's numbers. The pecking order is steady: the Everose Rolesor 126621 usually opens the range, the Rolesium 126622 with its platinum bezel sits a step above, then the 37mm Everose Rolesor 268621. The RLX titanium 226627 tops the board, a premium set by scarcity rather than metal value.
We buy as well as sell. If you are holding an older 16622 or 116622, that sandblasted platinum bezel still carries real money, and we will quote it same day against anything on this page.
If you are looking at a Rolex Yacht-Master for sale, you are not shopping for a dive watch, and that is the point. Since 1992 this has been the sports Rolex for the marina: a bidirectional 60-minute bezel rendered in platinum, Everose gold, or since 2023 RLX titanium, on an Oyster case rated to 100 meters. It times the run to a regatta start line, not a decompression stop.
Our Yacht-Master inventory rotates through all three modern sizes, 37, 40 and 42mm, with current prices listed in the live inventory above. Each watch has passed our independent authentication review, carries our one-year warranty, and ships free by insured FedEx Priority Overnight anywhere in the US, or waits for you at our by-appointment offices in Brickell, Aventura and Downtown Los Angeles.
Rolex launched the Yacht-Master in 1992 as ref 16628, in full 18k yellow gold, and the spec sheet told you exactly what it was for. The bezel turns both ways and reads 0 to 60 in raised polished numerals, made for counting down to a start gun, not locking in bottom time. Water resistance is 100 meters, a third of the Submariner's 300. It remains the only Rolex sports watch never sold in plain steel: every version carries precious metal or titanium somewhere on the case.
The line's signature trick arrived in 1999 with ref 16622 and a material name Rolex uses nowhere else: Rolesium. The case and bracelet are steel, but the bezel is solid 950 platinum, sandblasted to a grey frost with the raised numerals polished bright. Today's Rolesium is the 126622, running calibre 3235 with the Chronergy escapement and a 70-hour power reserve. It is the cheapest way into a platinum-bezel Rolex, full stop.
The other pole of the collection is Everose, the 18k pink gold Rolex has cast in its own foundry since 2005 with a dose of platinum so the color never fades. In 2015 the Everose Yacht-Master 116655 debuted the Oysterflex bracelet, black elastomer molded over titanium-nickel blades, a first for Rolex. And in 2023 the line got the brand's boldest material move in decades: the 42mm 226627 in grade 5 RLX titanium, matte black Cerachrom bezel, calibre 3235, race-tested on Ben Ainslie's wrist in SailGP before release. Aside from the 50mm Deepsea Challenge, it is the only titanium watch Rolex makes.
The Yacht-Master behaves differently in each of our three offices. In Brickell, clients walk over from the bayfront towers and more than one 126622 has left us headed straight for a slip on Biscayne Bay. Aventura fields most of our 37mm requests, and the Downtown LA Jewelry District office is where buyers weigh the titanium 226627 against white gold before committing. All three are by appointment: bring your wrist and compare the sizes in person.
A Rolesium bezel is soft, sandblasted 950 platinum, and it records every dock rail it ever touched. Light hairlines are normal and honest. What you do not want is a refinished bezel where polishing has rounded the raised numerals, so check that the 15, 30 and 45 still have crisp shoulders before you buy any 16622, 116622 or 126622.
The Yacht-Master 37, like the 268621, runs calibre 2236 with a Syloxi silicon hairspring and 55-hour reserve. The 40 and 42 run calibre 3235 with 70 hours. The 42mm exists only in white gold (226659) and RLX titanium (226627), so going bigger also narrows your metal options.
Everose Yacht-Masters on Oysterflex feel like straps but fit like bracelets: the elastomer-coated blades come in six fixed lengths per side and cannot be trimmed. On a pre-owned 126655 or 268655, confirm the fitted blade size actually matches your wrist, because replacement segments are a dealer-only part with real cost.
Two years after launch, supply of the titanium 42 is still thin, and it trades well above the Rolesium and Everose Rolesor models despite the humbler metal. You are paying for the only wearable titanium Rolex and the lightest sports case the brand makes. Decide if that story is worth the spread; for many sailors it is.
We source pre-owned Rolex watches through a network of dealers we have worked with directly, not through anonymous listings.
Every watch is checked against the reference by our independent watchmakers at intake, before it is delivered or handed over.
Insured shipping with full coverage and signature on delivery, sent only after payment is cleared and the watch is approved.
Pick up in person at our New York, Los Angeles, Miami Brickell, or Aventura locations after the watch is confirmed and authenticated.
Send photos and basic details, and our team can review your watch for a potential purchase or trade-in. Trade-in credit can be applied directly toward the watch you are buying from us.
How much does a used Rolex Yacht-Master cost?
Pre-owned Yacht-Master prices vary with reference, condition, set and year, so see current prices in the live inventory above. The pecking order is steady: the Everose Rolesor 126621 usually opens the range, the Rolesium 126622 sits a step above, and the RLX titanium 226627 carries a scarcity premium. Every watch includes our one-year warranty.
Where can I find a Rolex Yacht-Master for sale in Miami or Los Angeles?
We stock Yacht-Master watches at by-appointment offices in Brickell, Aventura, and the Downtown LA Jewelry District. Same-day appointments are usually available, and we accept bank wire and cash at our Miami offices. If you are elsewhere in the US, shipping is free by insured FedEx Priority Overnight.
How do you verify a used Yacht-Master is authentic?
Every Yacht-Master we sell passes an independent authentication review before it is delivered, covering movement, case, bezel and engravings. Our watchmaker confirms the correct calibre, 3235 in the 40 and 42, 2236 in the 37, plus serial and rehaut details. We also check the raised bezel numerals, which lose their sharp edges on fakes and over-polished watches.
Is the Rolex Yacht-Master a dive watch?
No. The Yacht-Master is a sailing watch rated to 100 meters, a third of the Submariner's 300, and its bezel rotates both ways instead of one. It is fine for swimming and life on a boat, but the bezel is designed for timing a regatta start, not a dive.
What does Rolesium mean on a Yacht-Master?
Rolesium is Rolex's trademark for a steel case and bracelet paired with a bezel in solid 950 platinum, used only on the Yacht-Master since ref 16622 in 1999. The bezel is sandblasted matte with polished raised numerals. The current Rolesium reference is the 126622.
What sizes does the Rolex Yacht-Master come in?
The current Yacht-Master comes in 37mm, 40mm and 42mm. The 42 is offered only in white gold and RLX titanium, while 37 and 40 cover Everose Rolesor, Rolesium and full gold. Older 29mm and 35mm cases were discontinued years ago but still surface pre-owned.
